About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive/Creative Producer to lead the development of EnGarde World, an ambitious online game targeting PC and console platforms (PS, Xbox, Switch). You’ll be responsible for turning our creative vision into a shipped product by managing cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and platform certification processes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full production lifecycle of EnGarde World from concept to release.
- Manage hybrid development teams across multiple time zones and disciplines.
- Coordinate all aspects of development: design, engineering, art, QA, and publishing.
- Oversee console certification and publishing pipelines (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch).
- Ensure the game meets performance and quality targets across all platforms.
- Maintain timelines, milestones, and deliverables within defined budget constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and executive leadership to align the product roadmap.
- Manage risks, troubleshoot project roadblocks, and keep the team focused on priorities.
- Define and track KPIs for production performance and product readiness.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a producer on indie or mid-scale game development projects.
- Proven success managing hybrid or remote game development teams.
- Deep knowledge of multi-platform publishing pipelines and console certification (PS, Xbox, Switch).
- Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong budgeting and resource planning skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance creative vision with technical and operational feasibility.
- Bonus: Experience launching live-service or online multiplayer games.
Performance Expectations
- Successfully lead the game through key development milestones.
- Achieve console certification for at least two platforms within the first 12 months.
- Deliver a stable vertical slice within 6 months.
- Maintain budget compliance without compromising core features.
- Grow and sustain a high-functioning, motivated hybrid development team.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: €50,000 – €75,000 annually (based on experience & location)
