Update the delivery delay
Postal services and other shipping methods continue to struggle due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has reduced staff at the same time as the number of postal items has increased. For European customers, the delays are complicated by tightened border controls as countries try to contain the pandemic.
Shipments across the BRAZIL, US, UK, and EU borders are even more complicated, and we have made the difficult decision to temporarily disable shipping to and from BRAZIL. We still ship freight orders between our UK and EU warehouses, but they are also very delayed.
